Weather

Outdoor installations are exposed to wind, rain, heat, humidity, and direct sunlight, which are outside our control. We can't guarantee how long an outdoor installation will last. Damage, deflation, or loss caused by weather is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Our Rain & Wind Plan

If severe weather is in the forecast, we'll contact you within 48 hours of your installation to discuss options:

• Moving to a covered or indoor space

• Adjusting the design

• Rescheduling, subject to availability (fees may apply)

For safety, we may decline to install or may remove an installation if sustained winds exceed 10 mph, gusts exceed 15 mph, or conditions are otherwise unsafe. If you choose to proceed outdoors despite the forecast, the weather terms above apply.

Rental Items & Safety

Frames, marquees, backdrops, stands, arches, and other structures are set up using weights and securement devices according to standard practices.

• We are not responsible for rental items that fall, tip, or are damaged due to wind, weather, uneven surfaces, crowds, or other venue conditions, or for any resulting injury or property damage.

• Please keep guests and children from climbing on, leaning on, or moving rental items.

• The client is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any rental item lost or damaged while in their care, other than normal wear and tear.
